We take pride in our products and our commitment to customer satisfaction, which is why Bates products are covered under our “3-Year, No B.S. Warranty”—because who has time for B.S. when there’s fish to catch?

If any issues arise with your Bates Fishing Co. product within the first three years of ownership, rest assured we’ve got you covered. In the unlikely event we’re unable to repair the issue, we will promptly replace the product for you. Though most issues will be resolved long before, please allow us up to 30 days for any necessary repairs or replacements—we want to ensure that your fishing experience is top-notch.
